What are your delivery options and costs?2019-05-17T14:23:42+01:00

Most orders placed before noon will usually be dispatched the same day and should arrive within 24-48 hours.

  • Small and low value items will be charged at £4.50.
  • Larger and higher value items will be charged at £9.99.
  • Items of a heavy or bulky nature or very high value will be charged at £14.99.

Please Note – Due to incidents of attempted fraud, we take extra precautions before dispatch on ALL orders, this process will have no impact on genuine orders.

Some items due to size or weight will only be available for in-store collection although payment can be made online. While most items are kept in stock some may be dispatched direct from the manufacturer, the item page will give more information on this.

Can I cancel my order?2019-05-17T14:26:11+01:00

You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days following the receipt of an Item by contacting us on 01785 223810. If the Item has not been despatched, we will cancel the order and we will refund payment in accordance with our refund policy below.

If the Item has been despatched to you and we are unable to stop the delivery, you can refuse to sign for the delivery so that the Item will be returned to us. You cannot cancel your order if you have used the Item or if you have taken any software out of the sealed package in which it was delivered to you.

Non-faulty Items

You must within 7 days of receipt let us know by contacting us on 01785 223810 if you wish to return an Item. You are required to take reasonable care of Items – this is a duty that you agree to. You are requested to return an item with its original packaging to ensure it is not damaged on the return journey to us. You will be responsible for all postage and packing costs applicable in relation to the return of an item. If an Item is returned undamaged with its original packaging, we will offer you a refund. If you do not return an Item within 7 days of delivery, you will be deemed to have accepted the Item. We will issue a refund to you within 30 days of cancellation of the order.

Faulty Items

Most items are sold with a 12 months warranty or longer. If you have any problems with your purchase we can offer help and assistance. Please call us on 01785 223810. If we arrange for an Item to be repaired, please also send a copy of the invoice which accompanied delivery. Failure to show that you have purchased the Item from us may result in the repair becoming chargeable. If a repair is chargeable, we will tell you in advance. Repair turnaround time is dependent on the relevant manufacturer’s current workload. We will not accept any claims for losses you suffer during this time.

If a fault is caused by accident, misuse or negligence, or it occurs outside the warranty period, the company shall not be liable and it will not be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Service estimates for an Item not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty will be chargeable to you. An estimate will be e-mailed (or sent to you by post if we do not have an e-mail address for you) and confirmation of acceptance is required within 10 days. Where such acceptance is not received, the Item will be returned not repaired and a charge may be payable.

In Stock: as it says, this item is in stock and ready to dispatch once the order has been confirmed.
Available to Order: These items are usually dispatched direct from distributors and are delivered in 1-3 days.
Out of Stock: These items are items are out of stock and usually take a few weeks to arrive.
