What are your delivery options and costs?2024-07-04T16:43:31+01:00

Most orders placed before noon are usually dispatched the same day and should arrive within 24-48 hours. Where an item doesn’t include FREE delivery, the charges are below.

  • Small and low-value items are £4.95 or £7.50.
  • Larger, or higher-value items are £9.99.
  • Items of a heavy or bulky nature or very high value are £14.99 or £24.99.

Please Note – Due to incidents of attempted fraud, we take extra precautions before dispatch on ALL orders, this process will have no impact on genuine orders.

Some items may only be available for in-store collection, although payment can be made online, this is usually due to size or weight. While most items are kept in stock, some may be dispatched directly from the manufacturer.

Can I cancel my order?2024-07-06T11:54:11+01:00

You can cancel your order up to 7 days after receiving an Item by contacting us on 01785 223810. If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel the order and refund payment per our refund policy below.

If your order has been dispatched and we cannot stop the delivery, you can refuse to sign for the delivery, and it will be returned to us. You cannot cancel your order if you have used the item.

Non-faulty Items

You must inform us within seven days of receipt if you wish to return an item you have ordered. You are required to take reasonable care of items – this is a duty you agree to.

You are requested to return an item with its original packaging to ensure it is not damaged on the return journey to us. You will be responsible for all postage and packing costs applicable for returning the item.

If an item is returned undamaged with its original packaging, we will refund you.

If you do not return an item within seven days of delivery, you will be deemed to have accepted the item. We will refund you within 30 days of cancellation of the order.

Faulty Items

Most items are sold with a 12-month warranty or longer. If you have any problems with your purchase we can offer help and assistance. Please call us on 01785 223810. If we arrange for an item to be repaired, please also send a copy of the invoice which accompanies delivery.

Failure to show that you have purchased the item from us may result in the repair becoming chargeable. If a repair is chargeable, we will tell you in advance. Repair turnaround time is dependent on the relevant manufacturer’s current workload. We will not accept any claims for losses you suffer during this time.

If a fault is caused by accident, misuse, or negligence, or it occurs outside the warranty period, the company shall not be liable and it will not be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Service estimates for an item not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty will be chargeable to you. An estimate will be e-mailed (or sent to you by post if we do not have an e-mail address for you) and confirmation of acceptance is required within 10 days.

Where such acceptance is not received, the item will be returned not repaired and a charge may be payable.

In Stock: as it says, this item is in stock and ready to dispatch once the order has been confirmed.
Available to Order: These items are usually dispatched direct from distributors and are delivered in 1-3 days.
Out of Stock: These items are items are out of stock and usually take a few weeks to arrive.
